The Peterborough Players Upgrade Their Facilities
June 25, 2002
Things just got a little more comfortable at the Peterborough Players. In a bid to be more user friendly and give the audience what they want, the Peterborough Players have installed new seats into the old barn. The new seats are bolted in and ready for the season opening performance of Full Gallop. Patrons who have been going to the Players for years may remember the old metal folding chairs, but we doubt that they remember them fondly. The padded folding chairs were an upgrade that has been enjoyed for many years, but they too will be forgotten quickly. There will be more legroom for everyone and every row will be sitting on it's own riser, improving sightlines. Other improvements to the facilities include the woman's bathrooms, that have been doubled in size, an expanded office and kitchen, and a new paint job for the whole barn. MORE>
