Young scientist, Binky Rudich believes there are two kinds of time. As he tries to explain the two-speed clock he has invented to his friends, Vivian and Bob (a talking sheep), the three find themselves swept to a faraway planet called Crestview, the fourth world in the Goolagong system. There, the trio discovers a world where dollars are kapoks, everybody eats lunafish casserole, giant talking pandas are peacekeepers, and a ruthless dictator named George Topax reins supreme. When Topax kidnaps Bob, steals the two-speed clock, and threatens to take away everybody's movie privileges, things really begin to get interesting. Will Binky find a way to fix the two-speed clock? How will Viv turn in her science paper? Can the kids get back to earth in time for lunch?
