PETERBOROUGH PLAYERS 2007 ANNUAL MEETING FEBRUARY 10

The Peterborough Players will hold its 2007 Annual Meeting at 6:30 PM Saturday, February 10, at the Peterborough Players Theatre, 55 Hadley Road, Peterborough.  The formal purpose of the meeting is to elect trustees for the year 2007 and announce the 2007 season.  While all who have an interest in the Players are invited, voting members of the corporation are considered to be those who made a cash contribution to the company in 2006,  who purchased a subscription in 2006, or who purchased a ticket to a 2006 production.

The evening will begin at 6:30 PM with a reception.  Complimentary hors d’oeuvres, beer, wine, and soft drinks will be served.  The Annual Meeting will begin at 7:00 PM.  The entire evening is free of charge.  To reserve a spot, call the Players Box Office at 924-7585.

In addition to voting on new trustees, outgoing trustees Patricia Boyd, David Wood, and Debbie Borsari will be recognized for their contributions to the Players.  Board President Patricia Boyd of Peterborough will review the 2006 season.  Treasurer Jack Lewis of Dublin will present a financial review of 2006, and will explain highlights of the 2007 budget.  Development Chair Richard Hance of Peterborough will discuss the Players 2007 fundraising campaign. Finally, the 2007 Season will be announced.
