Nicolette Robinson

(Urchin, Little Shop of Horrors) Nicolette is so excited for her debut performance with Peterborough Players. She is a student at UCLA, where she is entering her senior year as a Musical Theater major. She is a Jackie Robinson Scholar and a veteran member of the nationally known singing group Awaken A Cappella. In pursuit of her dream to be an actress/vocalist, Nicolette has performed in theatrical venues throughout Los Angeles since the age of five, performing a variety of exciting roles in productions including Anything Goes, Lysistrata and Mel Shapiro’s premiere production of Homer in Cyberspace at UCLA. Nicolette played the role of Andrea in Reprise! Theater Company’s production of Once on This Island, directed by Billy Porter. Nicolette was recently heard singing at Dodger Stadium, sharing the bill with vocal legend, Chaka Khan and Oscar winner, Jennifer Hudson. Audiences may recognize her from her guest-starring role on the CBS series Cold Case, or her Disney Channel series Petstop! Nicolette is so grateful to Peggy Hickey for her guidance and unconditional support. She would like to thank her amazing parents, Stuart and Maureen, and her sister, Ally, for being there for her every step of the way. Lastly, Nicolette would like to thank Leslie Odom Jr. for his constant love and light.
